I am Kevin Humphrys FInstLM, a management consultant with many years' experience as a Director within the Health & Social Care sector. I have experience of private business and the charity (NfP) sector. I can help your organisation manage Programme's/Projects or Change/Transformation. For Health & Social Care services, I can help your business become CQC compliant, or Review and Update the Organisation Design/Policies and guide their implementation.

I have extensive experience of Domiciliary Care, Residential Care & Nursing Homes, Extra Care Schemes, Mental Health Supported Living (including Forensic Mental Health Services), Learning Disabilitites Supported Living, Nurse-led Clinical Care at Home, Respite Care, End-of-Life & Day Services.

I am a professionally qualified mentor and coach and so can work on performance, team and leadership needs from operational staff, through executive level managers to board members. 

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management.

I hold DBS Enhanced Disclosures on the update system, cover all areas of Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and will consider assignments further afield.
